Piercing Course

The introduction to the course

Jovino Tattoo & Piercing Studio, established in 1992, is one of the oldest and most renowned studios in Israel in the fields of tattooing and piercing. With over 30 years of experience and an international reputation, we combine professionalism, practical knowledge, and uncompromising standards of sterilization and safety.

Our Piercing Course is built on decades of hands-on experience and hundreds of thousands of procedures, with the goal of training a new generation of highly skilled professional piercers. Students benefit from personal guidance by instructors with over 20 years of experience, a combination of comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical training on fake skin and live models, and real preparation for entering the industry.

Beyond technical training, we provide students with essential tools for success — from understanding regulations and professional ethics, to marketing and building a personal brand, and even practical business management knowledge.

By the end of the course, graduates leave with full knowledge, confidence, and the ability to begin an independent career in the piercing field — backed by the support and reputation of a leading, well-established studio.

Course Duration – 3 Months

The course includes:

  • 10 weekly sessions of 4 hours each

  • 4 extended sessions of 6 hours each

  • 2 full studio days of 8 hours each — a total of 16 hours of hands-on practical training

(Each student will also participate in two additional full studio days — approximately 16 hours — during which they will shadow a master piercer throughout a full workday. These days may be divided into shorter sessions if needed.)

In total, the course includes 72 hours of professional training and instruction.

Classes take place once a week on Thursdays, in either the morning or evening (depending on the group that opens).

The course combines theoretical studies, practical training on fake skin, hands-on work with live models, a final exam, and complementary lessons in marketing, first aid, and business management.

Group size is limited to ensure personal attention and close professional guidance.

Upon completion, students receive a Certificate of Completion from Jovino Tattoo & Piercing Studio.

Important Notes

At Jovino Studio, we believe in providing our students not only with professional training, but also with flexibility and convenience.
Lessons 11–14 (Digital Marketing, Advanced Marketing, First Aid, and the Accountant Session) are not a direct continuation of the course. Instead, they open every quarter, allowing each student to join at the time that works best for them — for up to one year after completing the core course.

This structure allows students to deepen their knowledge at their own pace and continue gaining professional value even after finishing the main program.

The studio also allows students to continue working on live models for up to three months after the course ends, ensuring additional hands-on experience and confidence.

The course is your first step toward a professional career — and the best graduates are selected to join the Jovino Studio team.
